At Restaurant Tasman we celebrate all that is good about Tasmania. Our menu offers modern contemporary food using only the finest seasonal produce. We feature classic dishes with a distinctly Tasmanian twist. A unique relationship with our local suppliers allows our chef’s to source some of the produce best Tasmania has to offer.

Here at Restaurant Tasman we hold regular special events. Our central, waterfront location is the perfect place to celebrate special occasions like Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Mother’s Day and more.

Our Winemakers’ Dinners occur once a month where our chefs work with local winemakers to create a degustation menu matched to their latest vintage. Dinners feature five or more courses of fine Tasmanian produce and a surprise or two from the cellar!
