We welcome you to join the Tasman team and Pipers Brook’s Luke Whittle for an evening including a five-course dinner menu, accompanied by the award-winning wines of Pipers Brook.
Pipers Brook has been producing exceptional wines since 1974 thanks to their unique location, temperate climate and proximity to Bass Strait. Their empire has almost 200ha of vines supporting the Pipers Brook label. We’re excited to have them on board for our final wine pairing dinner of 2018.
The second course has been inspired by Pipers Brook’s popular 2017 Riesling that received silver in the Sydney Royal Show early on this year. The fifth course will feature Pipers Brook Single Vineyard Block A10 Pinot Noir which is strictly limited, due to a smaller make.
